These Terms & Conditions explain the conditions that apply when you use this website, book a Tarot session or private lesson, or purchase digital educational materials from AnjuliTarot.
My aim is to create an honest, supportive and empowering experience in which Tarot can be explored as a practical tool for reflection, learning and personal development.
Please read these terms before making a booking or purchase.

2. Nature and Purpose of Tarot Services
AnjuliTarot offers Tarot readings, educational sessions and learning resources intended to encourage reflection, self-awareness, personal development and informed decision-making.
Tarot is approached as a practical and intuitive tool for exploring perspectives, identifying patterns and developing personal insight.
Tarot readings do not provide guaranteed predictions or fixed outcomes. Interpretations are subjective and should be understood as opportunities for reflection rather than statements of certainty.
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions.
AnjuliTarot does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Tarot services should not replace guidance from appropriately qualified professionals.
If you require professional assistance in these areas, please consult a suitable professional.

4. Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings may be made through the website or another booking method made available by AnjuliTarot.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that you are available at the agreed time.
For online sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, functioning equipment and access to the agreed communication platform.
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible.
I reserve the right to decline a booking for legitimate reasons, including situations where the requested service falls outside my professional or ethical boundaries.
If a booking is declined after payment has been received, the payment will be refunded.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on the relevant service or product page and may vary depending on the offering.
The applicable price, currency, taxes and any additional charges will be communicated before you complete a purchase.
Payment may be processed through secure third-party payment providers made available through the website.
AnjuliTarot does not directly store complete payment card details submitted through these payment providers.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is required before a booked session or digital product is delivered.
Any changes to prices will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I understand that plans can change, and I aim to offer a fair and flexible booking experience.
For individual Tarot readings and private lessons, the following standard cancellation policy applies:
More than 24 hours before your appointment
You may cancel or request to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
If you cancel a paid appointment, you may request a refund of the amount paid.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not automatically eligible for a refund or free rescheduling under this standard policy.
However, I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. You are welcome to contact me, and I may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend your appointment without providing notice, the session may be treated as a missed appointment and the fee may be retained, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Cancellation by AnjuliTarot
If I need to cancel an appointment, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund for the affected session.
This cancellation policy does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or any other mandatory consumer rights.
7. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase services or digital products online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven) and other applicable consumer protection legislation.
In general, eligible consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of a service contract or qualifying digital content contract to withdraw without providing a reason.
Specific exceptions and conditions may apply.
Services beginning within the withdrawal period
If you wish to receive a Tarot reading or private lesson before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, you may be asked to expressly request that the service begin during that period.
If you subsequently exercise a valid right of withdrawal after the service has partially been provided, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already delivered, where permitted by law.
Where a paid service has been fully performed, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost if you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged that the right would be lost upon full performance, in accordance with applicable law.
Digital content
For paid digital products delivered electronically, such as downloadable workbooks or recorded lessons, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins, but only when the applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled.
These requirements may include your express prior consent to immediate delivery, your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost, and the required confirmation of the agreement.
Simply downloading a product does not automatically remove your statutory rights if these requirements have not been met.
Exercising your withdrawal right
To exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right, please send a clear statement to:
You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form where applicable.
Any refund due following a valid statutory withdrawal will be processed without undue delay and within the legally required timeframe, generally no later than 14 days after notification.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your mandatory statutory rights.
8. Digital Products and Educational Materials
Digital products may include downloadable PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, recorded educational content and other learning materials.
Product descriptions will explain what is included and how the materials will be delivered or accessed.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning and development.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, share or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.
Digital products are intended to support learning and personal development. Individual results will depend on your participation, practice and circumstances.
If you experience difficulties accessing a purchased digital product, please contact me.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
9. Private Lessons and Educational Outcomes
Private Tarot lessons and mentoring sessions are designed to help you develop your understanding, interpretation skills and confidence.
The educational approach may combine Tarot symbolism, intuitive exploration, analysis, pattern recognition and practical exercises.
Your progress depends on factors such as your existing experience, participation and continued practice.
AnjuliTarot does not guarantee a particular level of mastery, professional qualification, business success or financial outcome.
Unless expressly stated, lessons do not provide an accredited qualification or professional certification.
10. Client Responsibilities and Respectful Conduct
I aim to provide a welcoming, respectful and supportive environment for all clients and students.
By booking a service, you agree to communicate respectfully, provide accurate information where reasonably necessary and participate in good faith.
Harassment, abusive behaviour or repeated disregard for agreed boundaries may result in a session being ended or future bookings being declined.
Any cancellation, termination or refund in these circumstances will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
You are welcome to ask questions and express different perspectives. Tarot is an exploratory practice, and respectful discussion is encouraged.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original written content, educational materials, website design elements, branding, illustrations and other original materials created by AnjuliTarot are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party materials, including Tarot deck artwork, photographs, fonts or other licensed assets, remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit AnjuliTarot's protected original content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law or an applicable licence.
You are welcome to share links to publicly available website content, provided you do not misrepresent its source or authorship.
12. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.
You must not intentionally interfere with the website's functionality, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, distribute malicious software or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
I aim to keep the website accurate, accessible and functional. However, occasional technical interruptions, maintenance or errors may occur.

13. Liability
AnjuliTarot provides Tarot services and educational resources with reasonable care and skill.
However, Tarot interpretations and personal development exercises are subjective. No particular personal, emotional, professional or financial outcome is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for decisions made based on your own interpretation or use of the information provided.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AnjuliTarot is not responsible for losses arising solely from personal decisions or actions taken independently following a Tarot reading or educational session.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory rights relating to services or digital products.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
Your privacy is important.
Personal information collected through this website, bookings, purchases or email communications is handled in accordance with the AnjuliTarot Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Please send your enquiry or complaint to:
I will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may be entitled to seek assistance from an appropriate consumer protection or dispute resolution body.
For consumers in Norway, information about consumer rights and complaint procedures is available through the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) and the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), as applicable.
16. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.
Nothing in these terms deprives consumers of protections they are entitled to under applicable mandatory law.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable jurisdiction and consumer protection rules.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in services, products, business practices or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this website with an updated date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights under purchases or bookings already concluded.
